Mediation

Patience is a tree, whose roots are bitter, but whose fruits are sweet.

(Persian proverb)

In conflict situations, it is necessary to be observant, exercise patience and invest time, in order to harvest fruits at the end of a potentially bitter process.

Mediation is an extrajudicial process to resolve disputes, during which a multi-partial mediator facilitates the disputants in finding their own solution within the framework of a clearly structured proceeding. Mediation does not attempt to ascribe sole culpability in conflicts or disputes, but rather it helps to overcome rejection, create a positive climate between the conflicting parties, and thus resolve the situation.
