WINTER Leadership works with a team of experts in the fields of leadership, organizational development, personnel development and personal growth as well as conflict and mediation. Founded by organizational consultant, management trainer and business mediator Gernot Winter, WINTER Leadership today builds on a large, hand-picked network of coaches, facilitators and trainers. All experts, who we involve in our projects, combine sound professional competence with own leadership experience: They lead teams, take responsibility and actively shape change in various industries and international contexts. This lived practice gives our work depth, groundedness and effectiveness – entirely in the interests of our clients.

Since 2000, I have been professionally supporting people in their personal development and organizations in their future strategic orientation. I also support individuals and organizations as a trained business mediator and coach in essential conflict and crisis situations.
In addition to holistic, systemic and mediative approaches, expertise in and around the “4 intelligences” characterizes not only my style, but the style of the trainers and consultants, coaches and mediators of WINTER Leadership GmbH. The methodology of action-oriented learning (“Experiential Learning”) ensures a rapid and efficient implementation of the insights gained in the consulting and support process.
