Our methods in detail
The experts at WINTER Leadership think holistically and look beyond conceptual boundaries. They act value-oriented and are based, among other things, on the following two concepts and approaches.
The model of the 4 intelligences
Multiple intelligences are understood to be a number of different skills and abilities. Each intelligence is necessary to solve problems in certain situations. Based on the Lasalle Institute model, we use a model of 4 intelligences in our workshops:
Mental Intelligence (IQ)
Knowing and understanding what is happening in your own head and how you can specifically control yourself with the power of thoughts. This includes dealing with stressful situations.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
This refers to the ability to perceive, understand and influence one’s own and others’ feelings. This includes empathy and an adequate handling of emotions.
Physical Intelligence
The potential to use the body and individual body parts to solve problems or communicate. This includes body language, facial expressions and posture.
Spiritual Intelligence (SQ)
Basic questions of existence, personal motivation and drive. The goal is to be in harmony with yourself and find inner peace.
Action-oriented learning
“Aha” moments through personal experience
The most effective learning medium in the long term is and remains one’s own doing. Own experiences are the best teacher and form the foundation for sustainable progress in one’s own development.
WINTER Leadership imparts knowledge practically in concrete action situations. The workshop participants are faced with tasks that they should solve practically acting alone or in a team.
Afterwards, the course of the exercise is reflected together with the participants and conclusions are drawn from it. This creates so-called “Aha” moments. These sudden insights trigger a positive effect and lead to sustainable knowledge. In a transformation step, what has been learned is then implemented in everyday work.

The learning loop based on the Kolb learning cycle: Valuable insights are gained and internalized through practical exercises.
